These terms apply when you book tours and related travel experiences through the website operated by EcoTripon. By completing a booking you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Services are offered by Timurtas Teknoloji Turizm LTD (company registration number 16393395), incorporated in United Kingdom, trading as EcoTripon. Registered address: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact: info@ecotripon.com.

2. Bookings

You may book experiences shown on our site by selecting a tour, date, number of guests, and completing payment where offered. A contract is formed when we accept your booking and you receive confirmation (usually by email).

Prices, currency, duration, inclusions, and exclusions are as stated on each tour page unless we agree otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before accepting payment; if we do, we will offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel at no charge.

We provide travel experiences and related arrangements in Turkey and elsewhere as described on the site. When you book with us, EcoTripon acts as principal in its own name (not merely as an intermediary introducing another party). Where we hold applicable licences, we may deliver services directly. We may also work with carefully selected third-party operators to fulfil all or part of an itinerary. Your confirmation will identify the contracting party and any material third-party elements where relevant. Where issues arise, we will coordinate between you and the relevant operator as appropriate.

3. Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment service provider, on behalf of Timurtas Teknoloji Turizm LTD trading as EcoTripon. We do not receive or store your full card number on our own servers. Supported currencies are as shown at checkout (for example EUR, USD, GBP, or TRY where available).

The name that may appear on your card or bank statement may be EcoTripon or a shortened form used by our payment provider.

4. Cancellation & refunds

Unless a specific tour page states different rules, the following applies. Times are calculated from the scheduled start time of the experience in local time.

  • More than 48 hours before the experience: you may cancel for a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before the experience: you may cancel for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Less than 24 hours before the experience, or if you do not attend (no-show): no refund.

If we cancel an experience for operational reasons, safety, or force majeure, we will offer a full refund or, where you agree, reschedule to another available date.

Refunds are returned using the same payment method where possible. They may take 5–10 bank business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. EcoTripon does not charge additional fees on refunds.

5. Changes to your booking

You may request a change of date or guest count by contacting us at info@ecotripon.com We will try to accommodate requests received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, subject to availability and any price difference. Changes are not guaranteed.

6. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for arriving on time at the meeting point or pickup location stated in your confirmation.
  • You must hold valid travel documents, visas, and insurance suitable for your trip. We are not responsible for refusal of entry or participation due to missing documents or failure to meet operator requirements.
  • You must inform us before booking of any health or mobility needs that may affect participation. Some activities may not be suitable for all guests.
  • You agree to follow reasonable instructions from guides and operators and to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. We or the operator may refuse service or remove a guest whose behaviour risks safety or seriously disrupts the experience, without refund where reasonable.

7. Our liability

We aim to deliver high-quality experiences. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party operators, other guests, or events outside our reasonable control (including weather, natural events, strikes, pandemics, or government action).

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from any booking is limited to the total price paid by you for that booking, except where the law requires otherwise (for example death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs, and personal belongings.

Cardholders have the right to dispute a transaction with their card-issuing bank in accordance with Visa and Mastercard dispute rules. For any payment queries, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter directly.

8. Complaints

If something goes wrong, please contact us at info@ecotripon.com as soon as you can. We will try to resolve matters fairly. Where we cannot resolve a dispute, you may have rights under consumer law in your country of residence.

For formal complaints, please email us in writing within 14 days of the experience (or as soon as possible thereafter), including your booking reference, a clear description of the issue, and the outcome you seek. We aim to acknowledge complaints within a few business days.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
